Juicing And Healthy Living During Covid-19

Hope you all are being safe and healthy! It is nice and exciting to see things slowly going back to normal in Canada with more businesses getting open in upcoming weeks. We do have to be heavily cautious and maintain the social distancing rules at this time to avoid further waves of the dangerous virus. As we pass through this stressful time being mostly at home, it is hard to keep manage a healthy living during Covid-19 due to all the stress. Today I am going to tell you what I am maintaining a healthy living through juicing and keeping me motivated and also share some amazing tools which are helping me to stay fit and healthy.

Healthy Living during Covid-19

Healthy living during Covid-19 is very necessary to keep body and mind in a stable state and one thing that gives me mental peace and keeps me fit and healthy is juicing. Juicing is a great way to add all the nutrients from the fruits and vegetables you normally wouldn’t eat. These nutrients can help protect fighting many diseases like cancer and various inflammatory diseases, rheumatoid arthritis and a lot more. During this lockdown period I have been trying all different types of juices and smoothies with Collagen and it has kept me healthy, fit and energized. Maintain Weight Loss Goals

Being at home without going to gym and not much scope of walking/running is bound increase weight quickly. Keeping a check on your weight is very important to maintain a healthy living during Covid-19. Check Your Body Fat

Obesity is very serious disease which can ruin your life and doctors around the world are very concerned on increase in obesity among world population due to this global pandemic. It is very important to know your body mass index and understand you have the ideal body fat percentage. Although I am not able to hit the gym, I am regularly doing exercise as part of my efforts to maintain a healthy living during Covid-19.
